Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Cooking / Gastronomy or demonstrable experience in kitchen stations, collective catering, or catering companies.
Mastery of basic culinary techniques, knife handling, and agility during intense work rhythms or volume peaks.
Residency in Las Rozas or surroundings, or having your own vehicle/ease of commuting to the workplace.
Valid food handler certificate or license.
Availability and interest in providing services on specific shifts and individual days.

What you'll get

Salary: €11.10 gross/hour.

Schedule: Daytime shift from 08:00 to 17:00 h.
Flexibility: Hiring for individual days, ideal for balancing with other projects, studies, or personal commitments.

What you'll do

Preparation, cooking, and regeneration of cold and hot dishes following technical sheets and catering standards.
Assembly, plating, and impeccable presentation of gastronomic proposals for each event or service.
Control and maintenance of order, cleanliness, and disinfection of the work area, rigorously applying HACCP and hygiene-sanitary regulations.
Waste management, service stock control, and correct preservation/labeling of raw materials.
