The role

The position of MEAT WORKER - DEBONING is fundamental to our production chain. The selected candidate will join a dynamic and professional team, where they will perform the following functions:

What you'll do

Deboning of meat pieces: Apply specialized techniques to separate meat from bone, guaranteeing maximum efficiency and product yield.
Meat handling: Execute cutting, portioning, and meat preparation operations according to established quality and food safety standards.
Handling of tools and machinery: Use the tools and equipment specific to the meat sector (knives, saws, etc.) safely and effectively.
Quality control: Monitor the quality of the raw material and the final product, identifying and reporting any incidents.
Compliance with regulations: Strictly adhere to hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations.
Cleaning and maintenance: Maintain the work area and machinery in optimal conditions of cleanliness and hygiene.
Team collaboration: Actively participate in the department's tasks, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Motivation and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Manual dexterity and good physical condition.
Schedule availability.
Residence in the area or possibility of commuting.
Experience in similar positions is a plus.
Driver's license and own vehicle required.

Valuable skills (not exclusive)

Basic knowledge of the meat sector.
Previous experience in similar positions or in food handling tasks.
