What we're looking for

-Initial contract via ETT (3 months) + incorporation into the company.
-Stable schedule: 8:30–13:30 and 15:00–18:30.

The role
We are currently looking for a WORKSHOP OPERATOR in the metal sector for a company located in Barberà del Vallès, specializing in the sale, assembly, and repair of bodies, refrigeration equipment, and tail lifts for industrial vehicles.
What you'll do
- Interior assembly of refrigerated vans: installation of insulating panels, floors, linings, and interior finishes according to technical specifications.
- Preparation and adaptation of bodies for refrigeration vehicles: cutting, adjusting, and fixing structural components.
- Installation of refrigeration equipment and complementary elements (profiles, anchors, supports, trims, etc.).
- Use of manual and electric tools: drill, angle grinder, band saw, rivet guns, screwdriving tools, and basic welding equipment.
- Reading and interpretation of blueprints or assembly instructions to ensure correct assembly.
- Quality review of the assembly and final checking of insulation and finishes.
- Support in maintenance and repair tasks of bodies and refrigeration equipment when necessary.
