Roller Operator (Boilermaking/Plate Work)

Your main mission will be the bending of sheet metal for the manufacture of shell rings, ensuring the correct supply of the machines and the efficient progress of the production process under the supervision of the Team Leader.

• Bending process: Align, tack and bend sheet metal with the roller according to dimensions, carrying out pre-bends and entering the required pressure parameters.
• Internal logistics: Distribute sheet metal and store shell rings using an overhead crane with electromagnet and "C" hook.
• Fitting and welding: Tension and align the ends of the sheet metal, check parameters with templates/squares and carry out sealing with semi-automatic welding according to WPS specifications (including bridge welding and subsequent re-rolling).
• Quality control and recording: Visually inspect weld seams, correct defects with an angle grinder and complete the record sheets (traceability, tolerances, parameters).
• Digital management: Report the start and completion of all operations in the SAP system.

• Shift work on morning, afternoon and night rotations.
• Salary according to the collective agreement.
• Fixed-term contract for covering a sick leave (with the possibility of continuity depending on production).

Experience: Minimum of 6 months carrying out boilermaking/plate work tasks in the industrial sector.

Technical training: Specific training as an operator of metal forming and cutting machines.

Licence / Certification: Training and authorisation for the use of an Overhead Crane.

Tu misión principal será el curvado de chapa para la confección de virolas, asegurando el correcto abastecimiento de las máquinas y el avance eficiente del proceso productivo bajo la supervisión del Jefe de Equipo.

• Proceso de curvado: Alinear, pinchar y curvar chapa con rodillo en función de las dimensiones, realizando pre-curvados e introduciendo los parámetros de presión requeridos.
• Logística interna: Distribuir chapa y almacenar virolas utilizando grúa con electroimán y gancho "C".
• Ajuste y soldadura: Tensar y alinear extremos de la chapa, comprobar parámetros con plantillas/escuadra y realizar el sellado con soldadura semiautomática según especificaciones WPS (incluyendo soldadura de puentes y revirolado posterior).
• Control de calidad y registro: Inspeccionar visualmente los cordones de soldadura, corregir defectos con radial y cumplimentar las hojas de registro (trazabilidad, tolerancias, parámetros).
• Gestión digital: Notificar el inicio y cierre de todas las operaciones en el sistema SAP.

• Jornada a turnos de mañana tarde y noche.
• Salario según convenio.
• Contrato de duración determinada para la cobertura de una baja laboral (con posibilidad de continuidad según producción).
