Pharma Operator

• Previous experience working with production machinery, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, or similar industries.
• Ability to perform basic machine adjustments: parameter regulation, simple mechanical adjustments, detection of deviations and minor corrections.
• Profile with the ability to learn and perform format changes after receiving specific training.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and written procedures.
• Person accustomed to performing line cleanings (end of production which includes cleaning the machine, belts, and room)
• Correct handling of production documentation: manufacturing orders, process records, controls, batches, quantities, incidents, etc.
• Ensuring the correct start of manufacturing by cross-checking documentation with the bulk to be dosed, batch, etc. (if the product is batched, ensure that the batch, expiration date, etc., corresponds with the guide)
• Ability to perform basic production calculations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, simple percentages, quantity differences, units produced/pending, yields, etc.
• Sufficient understanding of Spanish to read procedures, complete records, and communicate incidents correctly.
• Order, method, and attention to detail.

-        Monthly contracts via ETT + possibility of joining the company.

-        Salary: €10.79/h or €13.30/h (depending on experience).

From TEMPS, our Executive area, we are looking for an Operator for a company that manufactures food supplements (capsules, tablets, powders, sticks, sachets...) for brands in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical sectors, located in Barberà del Vallès.

We are requesting a profile such as a dosing operator / production machine operator.

• Conditioning of raw materials (Verify batch, expiration date, and material status before use, following manufacturing guides).
• Precise dosing (Operate dosing equipment to ensure each container receives the exact amount of product according to specification).
• Machine parameter adjustment (Configure speed, flow rate, pressure, and tolerances to guarantee process stability).
• In-line control (Supervise product flow, detect deviations, and correct small operational incidents).
• Filling verification (Check weight, volume, and homogeneity of the dose through periodic controls).
• Closing and container preparation (Place caps or closing systems and ensure their correct fixation).
• GMP documentary recording (Complete manufacturing sheets, process controls, and incident notes to guarantee traceability).
• Compliance with hygiene standards (Maintain the area clean, apply cleaning protocols, and avoid cross-contamination).

-        Schedule: Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00.
