An important multinational company needs to hire: a Recruiter for an important project, who will be responsible for managing selection processes for technical profiles, especially refrigeration and air conditioning technicians (HVAC), as well as certain corporate positions.
What you'll do
Manage selection processes for technical, operational, and corporate profiles from start to finish.
Perform direct searching and headhunting strategies in highly competitive markets.
Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, databases, networking, and other sources.
Proactively contact candidates and generate interest in the company and its projects.
Perform market studies, talent mapping, and competitor analysis.
Screen resumes and conduct telephone or initial interviews.
Evaluate the technical and behavioral competencies of candidates.
How you'll work
-Contract: 3 months via ETT (Temporary Employment Agency)
-Salary: depending on experience €25,000/B/annual - €28,000/b/annual
-Work location: Chamartín
-Hybrid: 1 day of teleworking
-Schedule: Monday to Thursday: flexible 9:00 - 18:00, and Friday: 8:00 - 15:00
