The role

We are looking for production operators to join our plant production lines.

The offer is aimed at both people without previous experience and profiles with a background in industrial or food environments, especially valuing motivation, attitude, and the ability to learn.

What you'll do

Tasks will be related to the fruit and vegetable production process and will include:

Handling, selection, and sorting of fruit and vegetables
Preparation, packaging, and labeling of the product
Visual quality control of the product
Feeding production lines
Cleaning and basic maintenance of the workstation
Compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
Teamwork to ensure the correct production flow
