The role

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Catering Assistant to join our team in Almería. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, great teamwork capacity, and a strong commitment to service quality.

You will be responsible for supporting the catering team in all phases of service.

What you'll do

Key functions for this position will include, but are not limited to:

Table Setup and Breakdown: Preparation and organization of dining areas, including the setup of tables, chairs, and the arrangement of linens, tableware, and glassware according to event guidelines.
Service and Replenishment: Serving food and beverages to guests efficiently and politely. Continuous replenishment of dishes, drinks, and other necessary items to ensure service flows without interruption.
Maintenance of Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensuring the cleanliness and order of work areas, tables, and utensils during and after service, complying with hygiene and food safety standards.
Customer Service: Interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner, attending to their requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
Logistical Support: Assisting in the loading and unloading of materials, preparation of service stations, and other logistical tasks as necessary.
