We need an AFTER-SALES profile from the INDUSTRIAL/WASTE sector to join a company dedicated to the recycling sector in ALGETE, MADRID
What you'll do
- Perform the collection of industrial waste and services contracted by our clients.
- Perform collection routes for hazardous waste and contracted services at clients in your area.
- Organize your working day efficiently (routes, priorities, times).
- Handle incidents and provide basic technical support to the installed equipment.
- Detect new customer needs (new business lines: environmental consultancy, rags, waste contracts…).
- Collaborate with the sales and administrative teams to guarantee comprehensive service.
How you'll work
- Permanent contract directly with the company
- Fixed annual salary: €20,648.76 gross + variable between €8,000 and €10,000 gross/year. (We already apply the 2026 increase, even if you join before December 1st)
- Per diems included from Monday to Thursday (approx. €2,400/year additional).
- Company vehicle (3,500 kg van).
- Initial and ongoing training.
- Real possibilities for internal promotion.
- Excellent working environment in a consolidated and professional team.
- Full-time working day from Monday to Friday:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 17:20 (20 min breakfast + 1h lunch)
- Friday: 07:00 to 15:00
