What we're looking for

Minimum technical training: Vocational Training (FP II), Higher Degree, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance, highly valued in the food industry.
Technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic maintenance, or related areas.
Ability to work in a team, incident resolution, and orientation towards continuous improvement.

Do you have experience in industrial maintenance and are you looking for stability, professional development, and an attractive remuneration package? We are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for a production plant of a company dedicated to the meat sector located in Loeches

What you'll do

Troubleshooting and resolution of breakdowns.
Execution of the preventive maintenance plan.
Recording of work orders (WOs).
Review and control of facilities and consumption.
Management of spare parts and technical materials.
Coordination and supervision of external companies.
Participation in the integration of new machinery and production lines.
Proposal of technical improvements and process optimization.
Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area.
Ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational risk prevention procedures.

How you'll work

Direct hiring by the company.

Rotating system:

1 week of mornings.
1 week of afternoons.
1 week of nights.
Subsequently, 12 consecutive days of rest.

Work is performed approximately one weekend per month in 12-hour shifts, coinciding with the beginning or end of the rest period.

Hiring process

Candidates will undergo technical tests related to the position to assess their knowledge and experience.
