What you'll get
We Offer:
- Stable position, initial contract, 6-month temporary + continuity.
- Salary according to merit 20 to 22K
- Full-time Monday to Friday, with flexible hours from M to Th 7:30 to 9:00, working 8.45h/day, with intensive shifts of 6.5h on Fridays and in summer
- Work location: Las Tablas
- 100% On-site format
The role
An important multinational company in the Construction Sector, specialists in Civil Works, railway projects, and building, among others, requires the immediate incorporation of a (1) Recruitment Technician who can support the talent sourcing & attraction and personnel selection operations, in national and international projects.
What you'll do
Their functions will be:
- Support the selection of profiles linked to civil works and building projects.
- Manage assigned processes from start to finish.
- Preparation and publication of job offers on different job portals.
- Candidate searching and headhunting actions.
- Resume screening.
- In-depth and competency-based interviews.
- Administration of tests.
- Participate in decision-making.
- Negotiate terms and conditions.
- Prepare reports and support onboarding.
