What you'll do
- Receive calls to provide support to customers
- Process customer requests
- Process incidents
- Report cases that, due to their nature, must be known by the company's managers
- Processing of notifications
How you'll work
- Temporary contract of 1 month initially
-Immediate start
- Part-time employment
- Rotating morning and afternoon shifts according to a monthly roster (service time slot from 7:00 to 23:00)
- Availability to work one weekend per month
