About the role

Due to an increase in activity, we are looking for a Digitalization Engineer, based in Parets del Vallès, Barcelona. As part of the Digitalization Team, you will be responsible for:

What you'll do

  • Executing industrial digitalization initiatives and Industry 4.0 in production, engineering, quality, and support areas.

  • Implementing and providing technical support for digital manufacturing solutions (MES, traceability, digital workflows, automatic data capture).

  • Ensuring data integration between industrial systems, guaranteeing consistency, traceability, and availability of operational information.

  • Supporting the digitalization of NPI processes, ensuring that new products and processes have digital validations, traceability, and available data from launch.

  • Implementing and maintaining dashboards and digital indicators to monitor operational and quality performance.

  • Supporting the operational digitalization of the QMS, ensuring that digital tools support records, evidence, audits, and regulatory compliance at the execution level.

  • Executing light automations and digital improvements that reduce manual tasks, operational errors, and rework.

  • Collaborating closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, NPI, Maintenance, and IT to ensure the proper adoption of digital solutions.

  • Training and supporting end users in the use of implemented digital tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, industrial dashboards, or analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of light automation, industrial IoT, or machine-system integration.

  • Participation in digital transformation or smart factory projects.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Education in Engineering (Industrial, Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems, or similar).

  • Experience in digitalization of industrial processes and manufacturing environments.

  • Practical knowledge of Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing / M4.0.

  • Experience with production, quality, or traceability systems (MES or equivalent solutions).
