VDA Quality Engineer

As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the quality management system, guaranteeing that processes and products meet internal, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.

• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and Thales standards.
• Manage internal and external non-conformities, performing root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide support in internal and external audits and ensure the closure of actions.
• Participate in the identification and management of quality risks.
• Collaborate with operational teams for continuous process improvement.

• Education in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or similar fields.
• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role in an industrial or operational environment.
• Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.
• Fluent level of Spanish and advanced level of English.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.

• Experience in industrial or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, or MSA.
• Experience in internal or customer audits.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Minitab).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different areas.

Due to an increase in activity, we are looking for a VDA Quality Engineer, based in Parets del Vallès, Barcelona.

Como parte del equipo, serás responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento del sistema de gestión de calidad, garantizando que los procesos y productos cumplan con los estándares internos, normativos y los requisitos del cliente.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y estándares Thales.
• Gestionar no conformidades internas y externas, realizando análisis de causa raíz y seguimiento de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
• Dar soporte en auditorías internas y externas y asegurar el cierre de acciones.
• Participar en la identificación y gestión de riesgos de calidad.
• Colaborar con los equipos operativos para la mejora continua de procesos.

• Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Calidad o similar.
• Experiencia previa en un puesto de Quality Assurance en entorno industrial u operativo.
• Conocimiento de la norma ISO 9001.
• Nivel fluido de español y nivel alto de inglés.
• Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y orientación a la mejora continua.

• Experiencia en entornos industriales o regulados.
• Conocimientos de IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC o MSA.
• Experiencia en auditorías internas o de cliente.
• Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos (Power BI, Minitab).
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma transversal con diferentes áreas.
