Requirements

What we're looking for

Education in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or similar fields.
Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role in an industrial or operational environment.
Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.
Fluent level of Spanish and advanced level of English.
Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Nice to have

Experience in industrial or regulated environments.
Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, or MSA.
Experience in internal or customer audits.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, Minitab).
Ability to work cross-functionally with different areas.

The role

Due to an increase in activity, we are looking for a VDA Quality Engineer, based in Parets del Vallès, Barcelona.

What you'll do

As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the quality management system, guaranteeing that processes and products meet internal, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.

Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and Thales standards.
Manage internal and external non-conformities, performing root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
Provide support in internal and external audits and ensure the closure of actions.
Participate in the identification and management of quality risks.
Collaborate with operational teams for continuous process improvement.
