We are looking for a Service Lead specialized in Quality Assurance (QA) to lead a quality office composed of approximately 18 people. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the service, the coordination and monitoring of the team, activity planning, risk management, and results control, maintaining continuous communication with the client.

The profile must possess solid knowledge of QA, testing processes, and quality models, ensuring compliance with established standards and driving continuous improvement of the service and the team. Leadership capacity, strategic vision, and results orientation are required, as well as communication skills to coordinate with technical teams, business areas, and different stakeholders.

What you'll do

Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 18 QA professionals.
Manage the quality service, planning, and assignment of priorities.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, risks, and service objectives.
Prepare monitoring reports and executive reporting for the client.
Maintain fluid communication with the client and various stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with processes, standards, and quality models.
Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage incidents, risks, and problems, proposing solutions.
Supervise testing and QA processes and tools.
Ensure data quality and the operational efficiency of the service.
