What you'll do

As the business development manager for your designated area:

  • After selecting the restaurants within scope based on marketing recommendations, you will organize and manage your schedule to proactively set up meetings with owners or managers. Your daily schedule will consist of cold calls, unscheduled visits, and pre-arranged meetings to present TheFork's products and services.
  • You will be responsible for proposing and selling the full range of TheFork's products and services by building customized offers based on the restaurant's needs, including: promotions, advanced software tools, booking widgets installed on the restaurant's website, training, and solutions.
  • You will help them understand the opportunities, features, and benefits of TheFork Manager and sign them up to TheFork network. You will maintain follow-up activities with the clients you committed to until you close the deal and the restaurant is successfully published online.

What we're looking for

  • You have more than 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an online company and in person (face2face).
  • Spanish at C2 level AND a basic level of English.
  • A person with their own initiative, results-oriented, who loves to reach and exceed goals.
  • A dynamic person, accustomed to working independently in fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills.
  • Someone enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn, who wants to grow and improve with us.
  • A "foodie" with an interest in the digital sector, tech products, and the restaurant industry.
  • A customer-focused person with a strong commercial mindset and influencing ability, capable of convincing and engaging people.
  • A high-performing professional with proven experience in business development, preferably in B2B and in the restaurant/hospitality sector, comfortable managing short-term negotiations.
  • Strong proficiency in PC and Google Suite is required. Experience with CRM software is preferred.
