What we're looking for

Approx. 7 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
Minimum qualification
- Higher Degree in Network Systems Administration (ASIR) or similar.
Solid experience in
- Windows Server administration
- VMware ESXi virtualized environments
- Linux systems
- Networks and communications (VPN, troubleshooting)
- Backup with Veeam
- Infrastructure monitoring
Knowledge of
- ENS (National Security Framework)
- ISO 27001
  (or the ability to quickly adapt)
Experience in technical support and user assistance.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and technical responsibility.

Nice to have

Experience in implementing or maintaining certifications
- ENS
- ISO/IEC 27001
Experience in cybersecurity environments.
Experience with external clients (IT services).
Availability of own vehicle.

The role

At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in the Greater Bilbao area, participating in the maintenance and evolution of both internal and client infrastructures.

We are looking for a profile with extensive experience (approx. 7 years) in systems administration, with solid knowledge of cybersecurity, especially the National Security Framework (ENS) and ISO 27001 regulations, or the ability to quickly adapt to these environments.

The role combines advanced technical tasks, coordination within the systems team, user support, and participation in security certifications.

What you'll do

Administration and maintenance of infrastructures:
- Hardware
- Software
- Networks
Coordination of tasks within the systems team.
Resolution of technical incidents and user support (SAT).
Monitoring of servers and devices.
Administration of environments:
- Windows Server
- Linux
- Virtualized infrastructure on VMware ESXi
Management of communications and networks:
- VPN (Fortinet)
- Network troubleshooting
Backup management with Veeam.
Storage administration:
- NAS
- Disk arrays
License management:
- Microsoft 365
- MVL / MAP
Participation in the implementation and maintenance of certifications:
- ENS (National Security Framework)
- ISO 27001
Collaboration with clients in local environments (Greater Bilbao).

How you'll work

Location: Greater Bilbao (work at client sites with local travel).
Work mode: On-site with occasional travel.
