About the role

At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for a Functional Analyst with experience in Moodle, to join a project in the education sector focused on the support and evolution of LMS platforms.

The selected candidate will join the IT Support Services (AT) team, working on the analysis, maintenance, and improvement of functionalities in Moodle environments, directly contributing to the quality of service and user experience.

What you'll do

  • Functional and technical support on Moodle (LMS) platforms.

  • Analysis and management of functional requirements.

  • Development and maintenance of:

    • Modules

    • Blocks

    • Moodle themes

  • Backend development in PHP.

  • Integration through WebServices.

  • Data management and maintenance in databases:

    • PostgreSQL

    • MySQL

  • Frontend development with:

    • HTML

    • CSS / Bootstrap

    • JavaScript / jQuery

    • Mustache

  • Collaboration with technical and support teams.

  • Ensuring quality of service and resolution of incidents.

Nice to have

  • Experience in maintaining and configuring LMS servers.

  • Knowledge of tools such as Exelearning.

  • Experience in educational environments or Public Administrations.

  • Knowledge of deployment and operation of Moodle platforms.
