What we're looking for
- Previous experience as an IT Functional Analyst, Technical-Functional Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or in similar roles.
- Experience working with SAP, especially in Finance-related environments and/or SAP CAR.
- Experience with integrations between SAP and other corporate systems.
- Ability to understand business processes and needs and transform them into technology requirements.
- Experience coordinating developments, enhancements, or technology projects with internal teams and/or external vendors.

What you'll do
As a functional analyst, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between Business and Technology, understanding user needs and transforming them into initiatives, functional requirements, and technical specifications that can be developed and implemented.
You will participate in projects of various natures, including new developments, enhancements, integrations, migrations, and application modernization, while tracking initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle.
Additionally, you will coordinate different internal teams and technology vendors, collaborating with the Architecture, Development, QA, Security, and Product areas to ensure that implemented solutions meet business needs and defined technology standards.
Main duties and requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business needs and initiatives, transforming them into clear and traceable functional and technical requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring they are properly understood by development teams.
- Manage demand and coordinate developments and enhancements carried out by internal teams and technology vendors.
- Participate in the definition and validation of solutions together with the Architecture, Development, QA, Security, and Product teams.
- Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and stakeholders, tracking planning, prioritization, deliveries, and the resolution of potential blockers.
- Coordinate and support testing and validation phases with users and QA teams, ensuring that developed solutions meet requirements and defined standards.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impacts of initiatives on other systems, applications, and processes.
- Document requirements, functional decisions, and the evolution of initiatives using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
