Requirements

What we're looking for

Solid knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, payments, reconciliation, month-end closing).
Experience in functional testing in SAP environments (design, execution, documentation).
Knowledge of test management tools (HP ALM, Jira/Xray, Zephyr).
Understanding of integration with MM, SD, and CO modules.
Analytical, organized profile with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) or traditional ones.
Autonomy to investigate incidents and propose solutions.

Nice to have

Highly valued: Experience with Invoice Cockpit, VIM, or other invoice management tools.

The role

Do you have experience in SAP FI and are you passionate about functional analysis and testing in SAP environments? We are looking for a SAP FI Functional Consultant for an on-site project in Madrid, focused on financial processes and invoice management. The role includes functional analysis, test design and execution, documentation, and support throughout the entire project lifecycle.

What you'll do

Analyze SAP business processes (FI - financial accounting, AP/AR, reconciliation, month-end closing).
Review invoice and purchase order workflows (Invoice Cockpit, VIM, MM-FI integration).
Assess functional impacts between FI and other modules (MM, SD, CO).
Design and prepare functional and integrated test cases.
Execute functional, integration, and regression tests in SAP.
Document clear and complete evidence, following project standards.
Report progress and participate in meetings with functional, technical, and business teams.
Support UAT validations and propose process improvements.
