SAP Logistics Billing Specialist

• Education: University Degree (Engineering or Bachelor's degree).
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a senior consultant in Logistics and Billing processes (manual and electronic), carrying out implementation, improvement, or maintenance projects on SD, MM, and VIM modules.
• Ability to understand business value, architecture, and the service catalog of SAP platforms.
• Deep knowledge of current SAP platform versions and specifications for billing, including:
  • Proven experience in implementing logistics and electronic billing processes (data reading and processing), as well as compliance with local regulations. Experience in electronic billing in different countries.
  • Deep and demonstrable knowledge of logistics and billing processes, with knowledge of MM, SD, and/or VIM being valuable.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of integration with other systems.
  • At least one end-to-end implementation leading billing processes and/or integration in S/4HANA environments.
• Technical background.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactivity and strong organizational skills.
• Solid judgment to analyze the priority and feasibility of requirements.
• Analytical thinking.
• Communication skills, teamwork, customer orientation, and problem-solving.
• Availability to travel internationally occasionally when required at key project moments.
• English level B2.

• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as ARIBA.
• Technical analyst knowledge of SAP modules and integrations.
• Certifications in SAP technologies.
• Insurance sector knowledge.
• Knowledge of tax management/withholdings in SAP.
• Quick adaptation to new areas of knowledge. Experience in Innovation.

We are looking for a project manager and SAP Technical/Functional Specialist, expert in Logistics and Invoicing processes (incoming and outgoing), highly qualified and motivated to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in these areas and be up to date with new trends and the evolution of the SAP suite. This role is key to the development and maintenance of SAP solutions at Mapfre, ensuring maximum efficiency, alignment with best practices, and continuous process improvement.

• Execution and management of SAP cross-process implementation projects, with a focus on purchasing, sales, and billing, for various Group companies nationally and internationally, under SAP S/4HANA platforms and various integration channels.

• Gathering requirements for the assessment, sizing, and valuation of the evolution of the SAP tool across the different processes.

• Management of projects related to electronic invoicing (outgoing and incoming), across multiple channels and with different technologies.

• Analysis and integration of SAP processes within the company's processes, managing the evolution of the tools.

• Analysis, validation, and execution of evolution requests, both directly and through the coordination and monitoring of external providers.

• Execution of technical activities and validation of technical proposals from vendors in projects involving external personnel.

• Adoption and integration of new SAP technologies into existing processes.

• System testing and documentation. Governance and functional responsibility over the RPAs linked to the area's processes.
• Ensuring the maintenance of the processes defined in the area through end-user training, change management, UAT, and documentation maintenance.

• User support for resolving related queries and incidents.

• Functional and technical support for the other projects and processes developed within the department that overlap in time with the projects under their assignment.

• Reporting as required to internal managers, with a high level of autonomy.
