The role

At The White Consulting, we are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant to collaborate on a project in the Healthcare Services sector, focused on payroll environments and key HR modules. The role involves active participation in developments, functional support, and user assistance in a project with an estimated duration of 6 months and a high likelihood of extension, with immediate start. The position will be performed remotely.

What you'll do

Execution of detailed functional tasks and configuration of new developments.
Integration with other systems related to the HCM solution.
Preparation of training materials and delivery of training to key users.
Preparation, execution, and documentation of unit and integration tests.
Support and assistance during the UAT phase.
Reporting on progress, risks, and potential schedule deviations.
Management and resolution of incidents in the payroll and HR service.
