You will be part of the Business Management Solutions team with more than 3,000 specialized professionals, driving efficiency, control, and scalability in key business processes. You will support large and medium-sized organizations in their operational evolution. You will combine technology, consulting, and operations to achieve efficiency. • You will participate in implementation, evolution, migration, and maintenance projects for SAP Human Resources solutions, in both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• You will analyze people management, personnel administration, organization, talent, and payroll processes, defining solutions aligned with client needs.
• You will collaborate in the functional and/or technical configuration of the various SAP HR modules, guaranteeing the quality of the implemented solutions.
• You will work in a coordinated manner with multidisciplinary teams, including integration, development, testing, and project management.
• You will participate in client workshops, the preparation of functional documentation, and the definition of improvements oriented towards the digital transformation of the Human Resources area.
• You will contribute to the adoption of best practices and the evolution of cloud people management solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in SAP HR, SAP HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Functional or technical knowledge in one or several SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, or Succession & Development, among others).
• Experience in SAP HCM will be valued, especially in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Spanish Payroll (PY-ES).
• Knowledge of Human Resources processes and the ability to interact with users and clients.
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• Intermediate/high level of English to participate in national and international projects.
• Analytical capacity, customer orientation, communication skills, and teamwork.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications and experience in HR digital transformation projects will be valued.
