The role

At Inetum, we are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with around 3 years of functional experience in the Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) modules, participating in implementation, support, and evolution projects in SAP HCM environments, mainly for Public Administrations (PSe).

Solid experience in personnel master data management, organizational structures, and HR processes, ensuring correct adaptation to Spanish public sector regulations. Accustomed to working with end users, technical teams, and senior consultants, providing functional solutions aligned with business processes.
