Requirements

What we're looking for

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (preferably with a focus on commercial, media, or technology law).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

Interest in the tech, media, or entertainment industry is a plus.

The role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal team at Titan OS. This is an exciting opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment. You will work closely with our General Counsel and legal team, supporting a wide range of legal and compliance matters across our international business.

What you'll do

Assist in reviewing and drafting basic legal documents, including NDAs, partnership agreements, and commercial contracts.
Support legal research on topics such as media, advertising, technology, and IP law across multiple jurisdictions.
Help monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Titan OS operations.
Participate in contract management processes (tracking, organizing, and maintaining templates and signed agreements).
Support compliance and risk management initiatives across the business.
Assist in the coordination with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
Help prepare internal reports, presentations, and legal updates for cross-functional teams.
