The role
Join TOMRA Food as a Technical Service Leader (Field Service Engineers) and play a key role leading our Field Service operations throughout Spain. In this position, you will combine people leadership, operational excellence, and business development to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, high team performance, and sustainable service growth.
You will lead a team of Field Service Engineers responsible for the installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of our market-leading food sorting solutions. Approximately 50% of your time will be focused on leading and developing the team, while the other 50% will focus on driving service performance, strengthening customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting operational improvements.

- Act as the primary point of contact for team members regarding organizational support, guidance, and Health and Safety.
- Lead, support, develop, and mentor a team of Field Service Engineers throughout Spain.
- Manage the onboarding and integration of new team members.
- Supervise team performance, provide regular feedback, and support individual development plans.

- Support succession plans and talent development initiatives.
- Participate in recruitment and selection activities alongside the hiring manager.
