The role

What you'll do

  • Lead assigned process of production, overseeing the planning of production equipment from concept to handover, ensuring demands, technical specification and timelines, tracking progress against milestones.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing equipment and manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency, reliability, safety and ergonomics, conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new equipment and technologies
  • Ensure adaptation of local regulations of the machinery in the assigned process
  • Track and report daily technical issues, including FAT, SAT, and ramp-up phases, prepare and conduct the handover of the equipment to internal customers under consideration of CMK, CPK and Performance Check
  • Implement modifications and upgrades resulting from product or process changes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety (Change management)
  • Serve as the interface between cross functional teams, including Production, Process Planners, Quality, Logistic, Procurement, R&D, HSE, PMO and entire Operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date the documentation of the machinery related (such as work instruction, SOPs) and prepare regular reports on equipment performance, project status and key metrics
  • Create and improve the process standards, prepare and support internal and external audits
  • Support and monitor the status of control plans and P-FMEAs, ensuring all documentation is current and up-to-date
  • Assist in the DOE for process parameter adjustments and equipment improvements
  • Support failure analysis and root cause investigations, including teardown analysis, in collaboration with the relevant department
