Commercial Department Internship

• Education: You are studying a degree or master's related to Sales (Sales Management, Commerce, Business, BBA, and related fields). On this occasion, we do not consider vocational training profiles.
• You have a special interest in developing in the sales area.
• Internship: You have the possibility to sign an internship agreement through your university or master's center.
• Availability: You are available to do the internship within our working hours (between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Your working day will be 30 or 35 hours per week within that schedule.
• Languages: Spanish is your native language. Regarding other languages, we value people who can communicate in Catalan and/or English, but it is not a requirement.

• Compensation: You will earn between €500 and €700 per month, depending on the agreement with your educational center and the working hours 🤑

Here, you won't be doing repetitive or filler tasks. You will be part of our commercial team, supporting important projects and learning directly from industry professionals. We are looking for people who want to learn, show initiative, and are motivated by challenges.

✨ Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial team: You will help organize meetings and product demonstrations with potential salons, contributing to acquiring new partners.
• Identify opportunities: You will take part in actively searching for new salons that want to go digital and join our platform.
• Prepare proposals: You will be key in creating commercial proposals to attract new partners.
• Interact with salons: You will maintain contact with salons and ensure they have a great experience with Treatwell from day one.
• Manage the CRM: You will help keep our databases updated and organized so the commercial team works efficiently. We use Salesforce.
• Full integration with the commercial department: you will be one more member of the team and will attend all meetings with beauty businesses.
