📢 We are looking for you! We are adding the position of NUTRITION TECHNICIAN (M/F/X) in SILLEDA 📢

We are adding a Nutrition Technician with previous experience in the field of collective catering, school canteens or organized food services.

We are looking for responsible, organized people committed to nutritional quality and food safety, capable of working in coordination with kitchen and production teams.

What you'll do

✔️ Planning and supervising balanced menus adapted to the nutritional needs of school canteens.

✔️ Reviewing and validating technical data sheets, allergens and special dietary requirements.

✔️ Supervising compliance with quality, hygiene and food safety standards.

✔️ Carrying out nutritional controls and participating in internal quality audits.

✔️ Advising the kitchen team on nutrition, allergens and good food handling practices.

✔️ Managing and monitoring food-related incidents, proposing improvement actions when necessary.

✔️ Collaborating with the different departments to ensure compliance with current regulations and the organization's standards.
