What you'll get

💼 Stable contract, immediate registration, 3-month contract + incorporation into the company.

💰 Salary €1,485.25 gross per month in 12 payments (negotiable based on merit)

📅 Full-time, 40 hours from Monday to Friday in the morning shift (9:00 to 17:30 or 09:30 to 18:00).

The role

📢 We're looking for you! We are hiring for the sition of NUTRITION TECHNICIAN (H/M/X) in SILLEDA 📢

What you'll do

✔️ Planning and supervision of balanced menus adapted to the nutritional needs of school cafeterias.

✔️ Review and validation of technical sheets, allergens, and special dietary requirements.

✔️ Supervision of compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

✔️ Carrying out nutritional controls and participating in internal quality audits.

✔️ Advising the kitchen team on nutrition, allergens, and good food handling practices.

✔️ Management and monitoring of incidents related to food, proposing improvement actions when necessary.

✔️ Collaboration with different departments to ensure compliance with current regulations and organizational standards.

We are hiring a Nutrition Technician with previous experience in collective catering, school canteens or organized food services.

We are looking for responsible, organized people committed to nutritional quality and food safety, capable of working in coordination with kitchen and production teams.

🔹 Previous experience in the role...

🔹 Driving licence and own vehicle to be able to get to the job, although the company will provide a vehicle for travel between centres.

🔹 Own vehicle availability (essential).

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

🔹 Availability to travel to any nursery school in the northwest Galicia area.
