📢 We are looking for a TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) EL CORTE INGLÉS INSURANCE COMMERCIAL 30H AFTERNOON in SEVILLE! 📢

Do you have experience as a commercial teleoperator? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people with commercial experience who want to grow in a great team.

💡 What you will do on a daily basis

Telephone sales of home, auto, health, death, life, and accident insurance:

  • Outbound calling campaigns to existing El Corte Inglés customers (database), offering other types of insurance upon contracting.
  • Outbound calling campaigns to potential customers, who have shown interest in obtaining insurance.

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Permanent, directly with the company.

💰 Salary: 14 payments (2 extra payments): The first 6 months €898 gross/month base salary + €300 gross/month guaranteed commissions + UNLIMITED commissions. After 6 months, the base salary remains the same, plus UNLIMITED commissions generated by your sales. Average commissions: €600-€1000. Plus one of the best incentive systems on the market (weekly, monthly, and campaigns per product sale). Commissions are always UNLIMITED.

📅 Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a fixed afternoon schedule, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
