📢 We are looking for a TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) COMMERCIAL EL CORTE INGLES INSURANCE 40H in SEVILLE! 📢

Do you have experience as a commercial teleoperator? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people with commercial experience who want to grow in a great team.

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis

Telephone sales of home, auto, life, death, health, and accident insurance:

• Outbound calling campaigns to existing customers of El Corte Inglés (database), offering other types of insurance to the policyholder.
• Outbound calling campaigns to potential customers who have shown interest in taking out an insurance policy.

🎯 Contract: Permanent, directly with the company.

💰 Salary: 14 payments (2 extra payments): For the first 6 months, €1,160 gross/month base salary + €388 gross/month guaranteed commissions + UNLIMITED commissions. After 6 months, the base salary remains the same, and commissions are UNLIMITED, generated by your sales. Average commissions: €600-€1,000. Plus one of the best incentive systems on the market (weekly, monthly, and campaigns per product sales). Commissions are always UNLIMITED.

📅 Schedule: Full-time, distributed in the following shifts:

• Monday: 11:40 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Tuesday: 11:45 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Wednesday and Thursday: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Friday: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

🔹 Minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone sales

🔹 Experience in insurance sales is desirable.

🔹 Communication skills, customer service orientation, and sales goals. Willingness to learn, grow, and a positive attitude.

🔹 You should enjoy working in a 100% sales position.

🔹Previous experience as a teleoperator.

🔹6 months of sales experience, either in-person or by phone, but it is an essential requirement.

🔹Accustomed to working towards targets and sales metrics.

🔹Communication skills.

🔹Customer orientation.

💡 Lo que harás en tu día a día

Venta telefónica de seguros de hogar, autos, salud, decesos, vida y accidentes:

• Campañas de emisión de llamadas a, ya clientes de El Corte Inglés (BBDD), ofreciendo otro tipo de seguros al contratado.
• Campañas de emisión de llamadas a futuros clientes, los cuales han mostrado interés en obtener un seguro.

🎯 Contrato: Indefinido, directamente con la empresa.

💰 Salario: 14 mensualidades (2 pagas extras): Los 6 primeros meses 1.160€ bruto/mes de salario base + 388€ bruto/mes de comisiones garantizadas + comisiones SIN TECHO. Después de los 6 meses el salario base es el mismo y las comisiones SIN TECHO generadas por tus ventas. Media de comisiones: 600€-1000€. Sumado a uno de los mejores sistemas de incentivos del mercado (semanal, mensual y campañas por venta de productos). Las comisiones son siempre SIN TECHO.

• Lunes: 11:40 a 21:00.
• Martes: 11:45 a 21:00.
