Teleoperator/Operator – Death Claims Management

We are currently looking to bring on telephone assistance managers for death claims for a leading company in the insurance sector. Workplace located on JULIAN CAMARILLO STREET, MADRID.

The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:

Managing and resolving death claims,

answering calls related to resolving incidents,

paying invoices and liaising with suppliers.

Following quality standards and the administrative processing derived from these tasks.

. Education: High school diploma (Bachillerato) required

. Experience: in funeral services, experience with death claims

At least 1 year in the insurance sector

We offer:

• 1 split shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 2 afternoon shifts (one from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and the other from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

1. The 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift on a 7 - 3 - 7 - 4 rotation (work 7 days, off 3, work 7, off 4 days)

2. The 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM shift on a 7-3-7-4 rotation. 1 hour for lunch. (Work 7 days, off 3, work 7, off 4 days)

3. The 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift with alternating weekends, one full and one split (with some weekend on-call duties).

SALARY: €16,576 gross per year (12 payments) - €1,338/month plus night shift and holiday premiums

Las personas seleccionadas se encargarán de realizar las siguientes funciones:

Gestionar y resolver siniestros de decesos, 

atender llamadas referentes a la resolución de incidencias

 pagos de facturas y relación con proveedores.

Seguir estándares de calidad y tramitación administrativas derivadas de esas gestiones.

Al menos 1 año en el sector asegurador

• 1 de Turno Partido de 9:00 a 18:00 y 2 de turno de Tarde (uno es de 15 a 22 h y el otro de 15 a 23 h)

1. El turno de 15:00 - 23:00 en secuencia 7 - 3 - 7 - 4 (Se trabajan 7 dias, se libran 3, se trabajan 7 y se libran 4 dias) 

2. El turno de 9:00 a 18:00 en secuencia 7-3-7-4. 1 hora para comer.(Se trabajan 7 dias, se libran 3, se trabajan 7 y se libran 4 dias) 

3. El turno de 15 a 22 y fines de semana alterno, uno entero y otro partido (con guardias de algun fin de semana).

SALARIO 16.576 brutos al año (12 pagas) - 1.338/mes mas plus de nocturnidad y festivos
