We are currently looking to recruit, for a major leading company in the insurance sector, telephone assistance managers for home claims. Workplace located on CALLE JULIAN CAMARILLO in MADRID.
What you'll do
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing the following functions:
Main Responsibilities:
• Perform the opening and study of assigned files, in order to request the documentation necessary for their acceptance/rejection based on the contracted coverages.
• Handle calls from brokers and policyholders requesting information on the status of their claim, guaranteeing a quality service to them.
• Perform tasks related to processing, until settlement, in accordance with the procedures established by management.
• Perform the corresponding payment settlements and reviews, for the purpose of the correct closing of the files.
• Archive documentation in physical or electronic format in the files.
How you'll work
Schedule: M-F on a split shift to be established by the company according to Client needs (usual M-Th: 10:00 – 19:00 / F: 10:00 – 18:00)
