Groups Specialist

Are you passionate about new challenges? Join our team in Madrid as a Groups Specialist, where you will combine your knowledge to manage special and bespoke groups.

• You will design and manage special and bespoke groups to multiple destinations.

• You will coordinate special and bespoke group operations from start to finish.

• You will negotiate competitive rates and conditions with DMCs.

• You will collaborate closely with the product, B2B commercial, flight, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.

• You have demonstrable experience in managing special groups and/or tour operations with knowledge of different destinations.

• You use Amadeus and feel comfortable working with reservation management systems.

• You have negotiation skills with international suppliers and the ability to secure the best conditions.

• Your practical operational mindset allows you to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• You are proactive in problem-solving and focus on maintaining high standards of service quality.
