Requirements
What we're looking for
- You have proven experience delivering creative design projects and producing high-quality visual content across multiple channels.
- Your portfolio demonstrates success across a variety of creative disciplines and showcases a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English allow you to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite enables you to create engaging and professional creative assets.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications helps you collaborate effectively and deliver polished outputs.
- You're organised, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience within the tourism, hospitality, or cruise industry would be advantageous.
The role
Join Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services as our Graphic Designer & Brand Specialist and help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. You'll create engaging visual content that inspires audiences, strengthens our brand identity, and supports a wide range of marketing and business initiatives.
What you'll do
- You'll support creative projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives.
- Creating a wide range of brand-aligned assets will be a key part of your role, including digital and print materials, presentations, photography, video content, motion graphics, social media content, and operational branding assets.
- You'll help maintain and evolve the Intercruises visual identity, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Working across multiple formats and channels, you'll bring ideas to life in ways that connect with audiences and support marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration with stakeholders across the business will enable you to translate creative briefs into impactful visual solutions.
- You'll contribute fresh thinking and creative insight while balancing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
