The role

We are looking for a Quality Technician to join the COCATECH plant team, whose mission will be to ensure that raw materials, materials, and products comply with established quality standards. The selected person will be responsible for performing sampling, analysis, and tastings for the release of materials, as well as the monitoring of non-conformities and the associated documentary control. They will also participate in periodic inspections, material testing, and inventory reviews, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality regulations.

What you'll do

Analyze control results for the release of materials and raw materials upon reception.
Report any alteration in the analyses performed.
Perform the necessary sampling of materials and raw materials.
Keep the reference samples for each of the materials updated.
Perform tasting of products and raw materials to give the release approval.
Management and monitoring of non-conformities for material and raw material suppliers.
Weekly review of inventory statuses for all materials and raw materials.
Perform monthly inspections of glass and hard plastics (coffee, ingredients, and warehouse 105).
Performance of testing on materials and/or raw materials.
Review and filing of weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc., cleaning records.
Sampling of finished product for shelf-life testing.
Collaborate in the performance of retests.

The position will require on-site work in Nájera. It is here that direct interdepartmental communication, rapid decision-making, and teamwork are facilitated, allowing us to maintain our standards of operational excellence.
