Assembly Supervisor

Job description

Within the Assembly Area, the selected person will carry out the following functions: - Supervise, coordinate, and carry out assembly and subcontracting work on installations C and D (standard installations with a low degree of subcontracting) according to established standards to meet client needs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Supervise and coordinate subcontracting work on the assembly of installations C and D (standard installations with a low degree of subcontracting) - Responsible for the receiving and storage of materials for the installations. - Commissioning of machinery and robotics. - Maintain relations with the supplier and subcontractor to verify compliance with the requirements and specifications of the contracted resources and/or services. - Maintain relations with the client receiving the warehouse, advising them on any doubts arising from the mechanical use of installation A and B (large, complex installations with a high degree of subcontracting) - Carry out assembly work on the different mechanical elements that make up the installation. - Search for information internally and follow up on technical improvements at the client's site, in order to facilitate their implementation in the area. - Support SAT during periods of high production volume in corrective and/or preventive maintenance work on the installations.

Requirements

Minimum educationBachelor's Degree - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Dentro del Área de Montaje, la persona seleccionada realizará las siguientes funciones:- Supervisar, coordinar y realizar labores de montaje y subcontratación en el montaje de instalaciones C y D ( instalaciones estándares con un grado bajo de subcontratación) según los estándares establecidos para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes velando por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud.- Supervisar y coordinar la labor de subcontratación en el montaje de instalaciones C y D ( instalaciones estándares con un grado bajo de subcontratación)- Responsable de acopio y recepción de materiales de las instalaciones.- Puesta a punto en la instalación de maquinaria y el robot.- Mantener relaciones con el proveedor y la subcontrata para verificar al cumplimiento de los requisitos y especificaciones de los recursos y/o servicios contratados.- Mantener relaciones con el cliente receptor del almacén, asesorándole con cualquier duda que surjan del uso mecánico de la instalación A y B (instalaciones grandes y complejas con un grado alto de subcontratación)- Realizar labores de montaje de los diferentes elementos mecánicos que conforman la instalación.- Búsqueda de información a nivel interno y realizar el seguimiento de mejoras técnicas en casa del cliente , a fin de facilitar su implantación en el área.- Soporte a SAT en épocas de saturación de producción en labores de mantenimiento correctivo y/o preventivo de las instalaciones.

Estudios mínimosGrado - Grado en Ingeniería Mecánica
