What we're looking for

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years old, or 16 with permission from your parents or legal guardians
Be able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and be able to lift up to 12 kg
Speak the local language of the store location fluently. English is also valued
Be flexible with your schedule and able to work on holidays, late shifts, or weekends if needed
Have strong communication skills
Be able to perform all duties required by the role
Be able to squat, reach for items placed at heights, climb a step ladder, and stand for extended periods
Be comfortable with or interested in technology (digital devices, mobile tools, etc.)

As an Associate Sales Agent, you are the face of our brand. Your role will be to create unique experiences for our customers, drive sales, and ensure the store is always in top shape. What you'll do

Deliver excellent customer service, from giving a warm welcome to ensuring an efficient checkout process
Help customers bring out the best in themselves by offering them the apparel and footwear that best suit their needs
Share your knowledge and passion for our products and promote the UA rewards program
Stock, maintain proper presentation, and keep the store clean
Work across the sales floor and the stockroom as needed, including at the point of sale and the register
Serve customers across all channels, including our digital experiences
Demonstrate collaboration skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Build customer loyalty by informing them about our rewards programs
Take responsibility for your own development and seize opportunities for personal growth to improve performance
Respond to omnichannel requests in line with UA policies and procedures through a digital experience
Work scheduled hours in accordance with Under Armour's attendance policy
Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor
