At Universidad Europea, we want to hire a Facility Project Manager of Operations with a technical vision, global management capacity, and a focus on excellence.
Your mission.
You will be key to guaranteeing the correct functioning of our campuses, leading improvement, renovation, and growth projects, always with a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and quality.
Manage the technical services and facilities of the campuses under your scope of responsibility, ensuring their correct functioning, efficiency, and sustainability.
Guarantee compliance with preventive maintenance plans and promote predictive maintenance strategies that optimize the life cycle of assets and minimize incidents. Manage corrective incidents to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities.
Ensure the operational availability of critical spaces, as well as the correct management and updating of the technical and administrative documentation of the buildings, as well as service contracts.
Participate in and provide support for procurement and tendering processes for services, works, and supplies, led by the Purchasing area.
Guarantee compliance with the regulations applicable to the facilities and ensure the adequate management of operational risks.
Manage the OPEX and CAPEX budget of their scope of action, ensuring efficient planning and the control of investments and expenses associated with assigned projects.
Coordinate the execution of construction, renovation, adaptation, and space improvement projects, as well as the management and supervision of service and works providers.
Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, efficiency, and innovation initiatives in the facilities and campus spaces, which increase the quality and comfort of the experience for students, professors, and collaborators.
Participate in new construction projects, providing the operational vision and future exploitation of the assets.
Participate in energy efficiency projects and initiatives, ESG initiatives, and decarbonization within their scope of action.
Act as the reference interlocutor for the university community regarding facilities and technical services, coordinating with the different areas of the University.
Location: Valencia, with responsibility over various locations.
Availability for travel, mainly regional.
