At Universidad Europea we want to bring on board a Facility Project Manager of Operations with a technical vision, global management skills and a focus on excellence.

Your mission.

You will be key to ensuring the smooth operation of our campuses, leading improvement, renovation and growth projects, always with a focus on sustainability, efficiency and quality.

What you'll do

  • Manage technical services and campus facilities within your area of responsibility, ensuring their proper operation, efficiency and sustainability.

  • Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance plans and promote predictive maintenance strategies that optimise the asset lifecycle and minimise incidents. Manage corrective incidents to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.

  • Ensure the operational availability of critical spaces, as well as the proper management and updating of the buildings' technical and administrative documentation, and of service contracts.

  • Participate in and provide support for procurement and tendering processes for services, works and supplies, led by the Purchasing area.

  • Ensure compliance with the regulations applicable to the facilities and oversee the proper management of operational risks.

  • Manage the OPEX and CAPEX budget within your scope of action, ensuring efficient planning and control of the investments and expenses associated with assigned projects.

  • Coordinate the execution of construction, renovation, adaptation and improvement projects for spaces, as well as the management and supervision of service and works providers. 

  • Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, efficiency and innovation initiatives in campus facilities and spaces, increasing the quality and comfort of the experience for students, faculty and staff.

  • Participate in new construction projects, providing the operational and future-use perspective of the assets.

  • Participate in energy efficiency projects and initiatives, ESG initiatives and decarbonisation within your scope of action.

  • Act as the reference point for the university community regarding facilities and technical services, coordinating with the different areas of the University.
