What we're looking for
- Degree in Technical Engineering, preferably Industrial Technical Engineering or similar.
- Experience in HVAC, electricity, and/or thermal installations.
- Knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, and heating installations.
- Knowledge of regulations applicable to installations, especially RITE. ( IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THEY HAVE THE RITE CERTIFICATE)
- Handling and interpretation of plans and technical documentation.
- Handling of IT tools: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and budgeting programs or ERP.
- Knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention.
- Knowledge and experience in CAE document management.
- Capacity for organization, planning, and project monitoring.
- Communication skills and ability to deal with clients and suppliers.
- Driver's license.

Functions:
1. Traceability and reporting. Obligation to keep the status of offers and projects updated in the company's tools and to perform periodic reporting.
2. Economic control. Control budget, costs, deviations, and the expected margin of each project.
3. Resource planning. Coordination of installers, subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and dates.
4. Technical and economic closing: final documentation, certificates, legalization, checking of pending items, client acceptance, and administrative/economic closing.
