What we're looking for

Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
Experience of between 3 and 5 years in industrial and production environments, preferably in waste treatment.
Solid technical knowledge in the operation and maintenance of industrial facilities.
Experience in the monitoring and analysis of operational, technical, and economic indicators.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate resources in productive environments.
Business vision and understanding of the economic aspects associated with the management of an industrial plant.
High capacity for organization, planning, and prioritization.
Analytical skills and orientation toward problem-solving.
Proactivity, leadership, and interest in assuming increasing responsibilities.

We are currently looking to incorporate a Senior Engineer into our Madrid Treatment team. The selected person will work hand in hand with the Plant Manager.

What you'll do

Provide support to the Plant Manager in the coordination and monitoring of daily operations, contributing to the achievement of production, quality, safety, and efficiency objectives.
Collaborate in the analysis and monitoring of the main operational, technical, and economic indicators of the facility.
Participate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, yields, and costs.
Support the planning and coordination of the human and material resources necessary for the correct operation of the plant.
Collaborate in budget monitoring, cost control, and the preparation of management reports.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards, promoting a preventive culture at the facility.
Provide support in the coordination of activities with corporate areas, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Participate in the management and development of operational teams, fostering a good working environment and talent development.
Act as direct support to the Plant Manager in decision-making and in the integral management of the facility, progressively acquiring a global vision of the business.
