We are currently looking to incorporate a Senior Lawyer into our team, with a scope of action primarily in Spain.
Provide specialized legal advice regarding the contracting, negotiation, execution, and management of complex contracts linked to the provision of integral services related to waste collection, management, and treatment.
Provide legal support in bidding processes in which the group participates, identifying and mitigating legal and contractual risks.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Provide legal advice on the execution, interpretation, and resolution of disputes arising from contractual relationships.
Accompany the business in strategic decision-making related to commercial contracting.
Negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
Critical thinking, results orientation, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
Ability to identify and manage risks, proposing solutions aligned with corporate policies.
Ability to work autonomously, organized, and efficiently, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience in multidisciplinary environments and in cross-functional collaboration.
