What you'll do
Comprehensive supervision of the daily operations of the transfer plants, guaranteeing compliance with production objectives, service quality, and facility availability.
Coordination and leadership of a team of 9 people, organizing shifts, distributing tasks, and ensuring efficient management of human resources to respond to operational needs.
Optimization of material and operational resources, driving improvements aimed at maximizing efficiency, productivity, and service continuity.
Control of compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations, promoting a safety culture and monitoring working conditions at the facilities.
Supervision of the environmental management of the centers, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and the correct management of documentation associated with waste.
Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, guaranteeing the proper functioning of equipment, facilities, and machinery, as well as the resolution of technical incidents.
Monitoring of operational, quality, and operating cost indicators, preparing management reports, and controlling the required legal, technical, and environmental documentation.
Guarantee of compliance with the contractual requirements established with the Administration and with the committed service standards.
Direct interlocution with clients, public bodies, and Administrations, participating in follow-up meetings, managing incidents, and promoting continuous improvement actions to optimize service quality.
How you'll work
We are currently looking to incorporate a Production Manager into our Treatment team. The selected person will be based in Tafalla (Navarra) or Llodio (Álava), depending on the proximity of the selected person's residence.
