Location: 100% remote

Main responsibilities

Analyze, develop, and maintain backend applications based on Java Enterprise technologies.
Work on legacy environments and complex monolithic applications, identifying opportunities for improvement and modernization.
Use AI tools applied to software development, especially GitHub Copilot and Devin AI, to accelerate the delivery of solutions.
Improve code quality and reduce technical debt using tools such as SonarQube and Fortify.
Design and optimize queries and processes on Oracle and PL/SQL databases.
Participate in continuous integration and deployment processes using Git, Maven, and DevOps environments.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to transform business requirements into robust and scalable solutions.
Ensure compliance with security standards, quality, and development best practices.

Key requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience working with legacy applications and monolithic architectures.
More than 5 years of experience in backend development with Java, J2EE, and JDBC.
Between 3 and 4 years of experience using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools applied to development, especially GitHub Copilot and Devin AI.
Solid experience in the analysis, design, and development of enterprise applications.
Advanced knowledge of: Oracle
