The role

We are looking for an Observability and Platform Engineer to collaborate with one of our main clients in the telecommunications sector, on a project oriented towards the monitoring and observability of a real-time video infrastructure, with the objective of guaranteeing quality of service through the collection, processing, and visualization of metrics, logs, traces, and operational KPIs.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement end-to-end monitoring and observability solutions.
  • Integrate and process metrics, logs, and events coming from different systems.
  • Administer and evolve platforms based on Kubernetes, Linux, and Azure.
  • Develop and maintain data processing and monitoring pipelines.
  • Configure and operate visualization, storage, and alerting tools.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents in production environments.
  • Participate in tasks of optimization, scaling, and continuous improvement of the platform.
  • Guarantee the stability, availability, and performance of the observability systems.
