At Valeo, we are looking for an SMD Process and Electronic Manufacturing Engineer passionate about the automotive industry to lead the complete electronic manufacturing process, optimize our production lines, and guarantee maximum efficiency and safety.
What you'll do
- Full Process Control: Master and industrialize the complete electronic manufacturing process, from the Front-end phases (solder paste/flux application, screen printing, inspection) to final assembly and Backend.
- Bottleneck Elimination: Identify, analyze, and directly tackle bottlenecks across the entire line, optimizing the machinery involved (Pick & Place technology, ADAS modules, reflow ovens, and inspection systems).
- Industrialization and Equipment: Lead the industrialization and introduction of new equipment and production lines to guarantee an efficient startup of new projects.
- Optimization and Efficiency: Optimize machinery efficiency and reduce cycle times to minimize costs and maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
