At Grupo Vectalia, we are looking to add an intern to our Cleaning Service Management team who wants to get to know service management and coordination up close, collaborating with the Service Manager in the facility cleaning area.

We are looking for an organized, proactive person with an interest in learning how services that support clients in different sectors are managed, participating in the administrative and coordination tasks necessary for the correct functioning of the activity.

What will you learn and what will your main functions be?

• You will be part of the operations team and will collaborate on the administrative management tasks that allow for the coordination and support of the various cleaning services managed by the company.
• Support in the management and updating of documentation related to services and clients.
• Collaboration in the monitoring of operational incidents and their correct administrative resolution.
• Preparation and updating of reports, databases, and activity monitoring documentation.
• Support in the preparation of reports and management indicators for service monitoring.
• Collaboration in administrative coordination with supervisors and other corporate departments.
• Management and filing of documentation related to personnel, services, and workplaces.
• Support in the control and monitoring of service planning.
• Support in those administrative tasks necessary for the correct functioning of the operations area.
