What we're looking for

Training: Vocational Training (GM) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations.

Experience in a similar position of at least 2 years.

Knowledge and Experience in the maintenance of:

HVAC installations. (Water Chillers, VRV, Standalone Units, Fan Coils, Air Conditioners....).
Execution of preventive maintenance plans and use of CMMS applications.
Operation of BMS systems.
RITE and Fluorinated Gases licenses.

Industrial boiler operator license is valued.

Person:

Dynamic and highly committed.
Orderly and clean in their workspace.
With autonomy in searching for information and problem-solving.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, and Fridays in July and August from 8:00 to 15:00.

The role

What you'll do

We want a Refrigeration - HVAC Technician to integrate into a versatile maintenance team where they will be in charge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Their main functions will be:

Corrective, preventive, and conductive maintenance of facilities at the HVAC level for different buildings, such as steam boilers and air conditioning equipment, air compressors, electricity, etc.
Review of refrigeration equipment in general.
Evaluation, diagnosis of equipment breakdowns and their subsequent repair, (replacement of refrigeration circuit elements).
Resolution of incidents and support for the conductive maintenance of infrastructures and technical installations.
Monitoring of installations.

Versatile professional, with the capacity to execute tasks related to the general maintenance of facilities (Plumbing, Loading Docks, Low Voltage, Compressed Air, Uninterruptible Power Supplies...).
