What we're looking for

Training: Vocational Training (GM) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations.

Experience in a similar position of at least 2 years.

Knowledge and Experience in the maintenance of:

HVAC installations. (Water Chillers, VRV, Standalone Units, Fan Coils, Air Conditioners....).
Execution of preventive maintenance plans and use of CMMS applications.
Operation of BMS systems.
RITE and Fluorinated Gases licenses.

Nice to have

Valuable industrial boiler operator license.

The role

What you'll do

We are looking for a technician profile to join a multi-skilled maintenance team.

Their duties will be:

Corrective, preventive, and conductive maintenance of facilities at the HVAC level for different buildings, such as steam boilers and air conditioning equipment, air compressors, electricity, etc.
Review of refrigeration equipment in general.
Evaluation, diagnosis of equipment breakdowns and their subsequent repair, (replacement of refrigeration circuit elements).
Resolution of incidents and support for the conductive maintenance of infrastructures and technical installations.
Monitoring of installations.

Versatile professional, with the ability to execute tasks related to the general maintenance of industrial facilities (Plumbing, Loading Docks, Low Voltage, Compressed Air, Uninterruptible Power Supplies...)
