Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician

The position falls within the scope of Recycling and Recovery ♻  where  we offer solutions that cover the entire life cycle of waste, from collection to recycling and recovery as materials or energy.

In this environment of innovation and commitment, we are looking for a Health and Safety Technician, reporting to the Health and Safety Coordinator.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Safety visits and coaching: Conduct safety visits and provide coaching support to managers.

• Training and development: Deliver health and safety training and participate in staff training plans.

• Incident investigation and safety culture: Investigate accidents and HIPO events, promote Veolia's safety culture (dissemination of EGTAR's, action plans, H&S indicators, best practices, and campaigns).

• Documentation and systems management: Manage prevention documentation (annual H&S planning, procedures, instructions), support the implementation of the management system, and participate in audits.

• Committees and institutional relations: Participate in Occupational Health and Safety Committees, manage relationships with the Mutual and the SPA (workplace incidents, medical examinations, adaptations).

• Corporate tools and coordination: Use and disseminate corporate tools (Acciline+, Prodity, Coordyna) and manage the coordination of business activities.

What are the requirements?

• Education: University degree + official Master's degree in the 3 specialties of health and safety

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician.

• A valid driver's license and own car are essential.

• Work location: Alcalá de Guadaíra and Los Palacios

En este entorno de innovación y compromiso, buscamos a un/a Técnico de PRL, reportando al Coordinador de PRL.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?

• Visitas de seguridad y coaching: Realizar visitas de seguridad y acompañamiento como Coach a los managers.

• Formación y capacitación: Impartir formación en materia de PRL y participar en planes de formación del personal.

• Investigación de incidentes y cultura de seguridad: Investigar accidentes y eventos HIPO, fomentar la cultura de seguridad de Veolia (divulgación de EGTAR's, planes de acción, indicadores SSL, buenas prácticas y campañas).

• Gestión documental y sistemas: Gestionar la documentación de prevención (planificación anual SSL, procedimientos, instrucciones), apoyar la implantación del sistema de gestión y participar en auditorías.

• Comités y relaciones institucionales: Participar en Comités de Seguridad y Salud Laboral, gestionar relaciones con Mutua y SPA (siniestralidad, reconocimientos médicos, adaptaciones).

• Herramientas corporativas y coordinación: Usar y difundir herramientas corporativas (Acciline+, Prodity, Coordyna) y gestionar la coordinación de actividades empresariales.

• Formación: Grado Universitario + Máster oficial 3 especialidades de PRL

• Experiencia: Al menos 5 años de experiencia como Técnico Superior de Seguridad y Salud Laboral.

• Imprescindible carnet de conducir y coche propio.

• Lugar de trabajo: Alcalá de guadaira y Los Palacios
