Occupational Health and Safety Technician

• Education: University Degree + Official Master's degree in the 3 OHS specialties

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician.

• A valid driver's license and own car are essential.

• Work location: Alcalá de Guadaíra and Los Palacios

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday entry from 08:00 to 09:00, and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00. Intensive schedule in July and August from 08:00 to 15:00

The position is framed within the field of Recycling and Recovery ♻ where we offer solutions that cover the entire waste life cycle, from collection to recycling and recovery as materials or energy.

In this environment of innovation and commitment, we are looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Technician, reporting to the OHS Coordinator.

• Safety visits and coaching: Conduct safety visits and provide coaching to managers.

• Training and development: Provide OHS training and participate in staff training plans.

• Incident investigation and safety culture: Investigate accidents and HIPO events, promote Veolia's safety culture (dissemination of EGTARs, action plans, SSL indicators, best practices, and campaigns).

• Documentation and systems management: Manage prevention documentation (annual SSL planning, procedures, instructions), support the implementation of the management system, and participate in audits.

• Committees and institutional relations: Participate in Occupational Health and Safety Committees, manage relations with the Mutual Insurance Company and the SPA (occupational accident rates, medical examinations, adaptations).

• Corporate tools and coordination: Use and disseminate corporate tools (Acciline+, Prodity, Coordyna) and manage the coordination of business activities.
